Chicken in a Biscuit (my mom’s own recipe!)
1 can of small biscuits 7.5 oz, 10 count (not the grands)
1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
10.5 oz milk
Preheat oven to 350. Empty the cream of chicken soup into a mixing bowl. Fill the soup can with milk & add to the bowl, stirring well to combine. In a baking dish (9×9) sprayed with cooking spray, place 1 can of biscuits. Pour soup mixture over top. Sprinkle with black pepper, dried parsley, or both. Bake for approx 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through.
