T Y P E D R E C I P E S
Beef Enchilada Soup:
1lb ground beef
1tbs taco seasoning
1 diced onion
3.5 cups beef broth
1 small can of green chilis
10 oz red enchilada sauce
14 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn
1 can drained and rinsed black beans
1 lime
In a large pot cook the ground beef, onion and taco seasoning together
Add the beef broth, green chilis, diced tomatoes, frozen corn, enchilada sauce, and drained and rinsed black beans stir to combine simmer covered for 15 minutes
Add the juice from the lime and enjoy!
Feta Burgers:
1 lb ground turkey
1-1.5 cups chipped fresh spinach
1/4 feta cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and form into (about 4) patties! Cook them on the BBQ grill or on a skillet!
Easy Baked Potatoes:
5-6 medium russet potatoes
3 tbs olive oil
1.5 tbs garlic salt
Line a 9×13 baking dish with aluminum foil
Add the washed potatoes into the baking dish drizzle with olive oil and garlic salt.
Bake on 400 for 45-65 mins or until fork tender
