Vegetable Kebab is a quick and easy Indian veg starter recipe that is prepared from variety of vegetables and aromatic spices. The kebabs are shallow fried till golden brown color and then served with green chutney.
Ingredients:
2 potatoes, boiled
1/2 Cup each Green Peas, French beans, Carrots, Cauliflower
2 medium onions finely chopped
1/2 Cup of Fresh Mint, chopped
1/2 Cup coriander, chopped
1 tsp Garlic paste each
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Oil for frying
Method:
– In a large bowl add finely chopped french beans, carrots, cauliflower, onion, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
– Then add green peas and boiled potatoes.
– Add garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix everything well and make a soft dough.
– Take small portions of the dough and make kebabs.
– Shallow fry these kebabs in hot oil till golden brown.
– Serve these crunchy kebabs with green chutney.
