Vanilla Butterscotch Cake
Ingredients :
200 gm – Maida ( 1 1/2 Cup )
2 tsp – Baking Powder
1/2 tsp- Baking Soda
Mix every thing , keep aside
100 gm- Amul Salted Butter
260 gm – Condensed Milk ( 3/4 cup +2-3 tbsp )
1 tsp – Vanilla extract or essence
Whisk with beater
Add above maida mixture sieve and use
Mix every thing with Spatula and then beat with beater
Add
1 Cup – Milk
Beat in Slow Speed , ( Dropping Consistency)
Mould size : round 7 inch , use butter papar
Preheat for 160 degree for 10 min and Bake it for 30-35 min
Divided into 3 Parts
Butter scotch Cream :
250 gm – Whipped Cream
125 gm – Caramel Sauce
Mix everything and beat it
Sugar Syrup :
1/2 Cup – Water
1 tbsp – Sugar
Dissolve and use
Take 1st Part
Put Sugar Syrup
Layer with butterscotch cream
Butterscotch Crumble or Chikki Grinded coarse
Put 2nd Part
Put sugar Syrup
Layer with butterscotch Cream
Butter scotch crumble and use
Put 3rd Part
Sugar Syrup
Layer With Butter scotch Cream
Butter scotch crumble
Spread butterscotch cream all over the cake and use cigar make a borders and press little bit
Pipe with Flower nozzel and make a flower over the upper side
Decorate with Butterscotch nuts
And wrap the cake with ribbon
