Per il Pan di Spagna:
4 uova
150 g di zucchero
150 g di farina
1/2 bustina di lievito (8 g)
Per il Ripieno e la Decorazione:
1/2 l di latte
100 g di zucchero
40 g di amido di mais (maizena)
1 bustina di vanillina
500 ml di panna già zuccherata
1/2 kg di fragole
1cucchiaio di zucchero
il succo di un limone
mezzo bicchiere di acqua
🇬🇧 INGREDIENTS 🇬🇧
For the sponge cake:
4 eggs
150 g of sugar
150 g flour
1/2 bag (8g) of baking powder
For Garnishing and soaking:
500ml of milk
100g of sugar
40g corn starch
vanilla estract
500 ml of sweetened whipping cream
500g of strawberries + 1tablespoon of sugar + fresh lemon juice
