Ingredients for tawa pulao:
4 cups cooked basmati rice/ long grained rice/left over rice
1½ tbsp. ghee
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seed
2 meidum sized finely chopped onion
1 medium sized finely chopped carrot
1 medium sized finely chopped Potato
2 medium sized finely chopped tomato
1/3 cup frozen or fresh peas
1 inch piece of grated ginger
4 cloves of crushed garlic
1 small finely chopped capsicum
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
1 tbsp Red chilly powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
