Easy, quick, tasty and delicious Spicy Chicken Fried Rice
– 2 cups cooked basmati rice
– 300 gms boneless chicken meat
– 1 onion – sliced
– 1 tsp garlic paste
– 1 tsp chilli powder
– 1/2 tsp cumin powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 3/4 cup water
– 4-5 tbsp oil
– 4 dry chillies
– Some curry leaves
Method
1. Heat oil, add dry chilli, curry leaves, onion and saute for 2 mins.
2. Add chicken, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, garlic paste, water and mix well.
3. Cover the pan and cook 5-7 mins in medium flame.
4. Finally add the cooked rice, mix well and cook 2-3 mins in low flame.
5. Serve with sliced cucumber, lime, chilli and lettuce.

– 2 cawan nasi basmati yang dimasak
– 300 gram daging ayam tanpa tulang
– 1 biji bawang – dihiris
– 1 sudu kecil pes bawang putih
– 1 sudu kecil serbuk cili
– 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih
– 1/2 sudu kecil garam
– 3/4 cawan air
– 4-5 sudu besar minyak
– 4 cili kering
– Sebilangan daun kari
Kaedah
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan cili kering, daun kari, bawang dan tumis selama 2 minit.
2. Masukkan ayam, serbuk cili, serbuk jintan putih, garam, pes bawang putih, air dan gaul rata.
3. Tutup periuk dan masak 5-7 minit dengan api sederhana.
4. Akhir sekali masukkan nasi yang telah dimasak, gaul rata dan masak 2-3 minit dengan api kecil.
5. Hidangkan bersama hirisan timun, limau, cili dan daun salad.
