Korean rice cake skewers.. but made with rice paper!
I know a lot of us have a lot more rice paper than we know what to do with, so here’s an idea for you! It’s basically tteok kochi (Korean rice cake skewers) but made with rice paper sheets. The taste is similar to tteokbokki which is a popular Korean street food.
✨CLICK HERE for detailed tteok kochi recipe
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp rice syrup
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tsp gochugaru
1.5 tbsp sugar
Garnish: sesame seeds & scallions
Simply follow the instructions for the tteok kochi recipe on my website, but replace the rice cakes with rolled rice paper. You can also fry the rice paper before adding the sauce if you want it extra crispy. Enjoy!
