Since it’s that time of the year when everyone’s in a rush to get back into the routine, I thought I’d share my super simple, quick and easy recipe for a yummy granola!

I N G R E D I E N T S (enough for 4-5 portions):
◇ Oats 120g
◇ Almonds (peeled/unpeeled) 90g
◇ Honey (or Agave/Maple Syrup)90g
◇ Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
◇ Water 40 ml
◇ Trail mix or Chocolate (or both if you fancy it) 40/50g
◇ Yogurt or Milk to add
M E T H O D
◇ Preheat the oven to 160°C
◇ Melt the honey, the water and the sugar into a saucepan
◇ Ground the almonds and put them into a large bowl with the oats
◇ Add the honey syrup into the bowl and start mixing
◇ Put the mixture on a baking tray covered with piece of wax paper
◇ Toast in the oven for 40 minutes (check every 15-20 minutes)
◇ Let the granola cool down for a bit
◇ Garnish with some trail mix/chocolate and milk/yogurt or anything you prefer 🙂
