Quick & Easy Recipes – Wrap It Up!

http://www.nancypisa.com. My name is Nancy Pisa and I’m a 44 year old Mom of 2. In this video I offer a couple of suggestion for quick, easy & healthy meal ideas with a tortilla.

I love food and for most of my life have used it more for comfort, then to fuel my body. As a result, I’ve struggled with my weight, and been on and off diets, most of my adult life.

At the beginning of this year I decided to make my health & fitness a priority. I found a way to reduce my cravings, eat better & also started using the at home fitness programs Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire.

As a result of making these positive changes, I was able to lose 35 pounds, finally feel comfortable in my skin and connect with others wanting to get fit and help them too :).

Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to maintaining a healthy weight, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system. Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health or wellness. It is performed for various reasons. These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance and for enjoyment.

Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent diseases such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also improves mental health, helps prevent depression, helps to promote or maintain positive self-esteem, and can even augment an individual’s sex appeal or body image, which again is also linked with higher levels of self-esteem. Childhood obesity is a growing global concern and physical exercise may help decrease the effects of childhood obesity in developed countries.

Frequent and regular aerobic exercise has been shown to help prevent or treat serious and life-threatening chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, insomnia, and depression. Endurance exercise before meals lowers blood glucose more than the same exercise after meals.
