Quick Easy Recipe Strawberry Ice Cream 簡単速攻 いちごアイスクリーム

Perfect for the season! This ice cream is made from frozen fruits. You can make this ice cream (I mean gelato?) right away, so it is perfect for sudden visitors or after-dinner dessert. You can use store-bought frozen fruits as well. This time I used strawberries, but you can make it with your favorite frozen fruits.

これからの季節にぴったり!冷凍フルーツで作るアイスクリームです。このアイスクリームっていうかジェラート、すぐにできるので、急なお客様や食後のデザートにいいですよ。冷凍フルーツは買ってきたものでももちろんOK。今回はいちごですが、好きな冷凍フルーツで作ってみてください。

*レシピ*(5〜6人分)
1.いちご 400gはヘタを取り、大きい物は2センチぐらいの大きさに切っておく。
2.ジップロックなどに入れ、冷凍する(8〜10時間)。
3.上に飾るいちごを用意しておく。
4.フードプロセッサーに2の冷凍いちごを入れ粗く砕く。
5.砂糖 60gとレモン汁 1/2個分(15ml)を入れザッと混ぜる。
6.生クリーム 100ml〜200ml(今回は200ml)も入れ混ぜる。
7.器に盛り付け、3を飾る。
8.みんなでいただく。

*Recipe* (5~6 servings)
1. Hull the strawberries (400g), and cut the large ones into 2cm pieces.
2. Put them in a ziploc and freeze (8~10 hours).
3. Prepare strawberries for decorating the top.
4. Put the frozen strawberries from 2 in a food processor and grind coarsely.
5. Add sugar (60g) and juice from half a lemon (15ml) and mix briefly.
6. Add and mix 100 to 200ml fresh heavy cream. (I used 200ml.)
7. Serve in bowls and decorate with 3.
8. Enjoy with everyone.
