In this video I’m going to show you how to make quick cinnamon muffins. The muffins recipe is very quick and easy to make. If you’re looking for a delicious and easy muffin recipe to serve with tea and coffee I recommend this muffin recipe. Maybe you will like.
Ingredients (for 11 muffins)
130 g cake flour
130 g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon for the cake
1 egg at room temperature
65 ml vegetable oil
110 ml buttermilk at room temperature
400 g apples, Peeled and diced
1 tsp ground cinnamon for make cinnamon sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar for make cinnamon sugar
Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
2.Stir in the granulated sugar and set aside.
3.In another mixing bowl, combine together the egg, vegetable oil and buttermilk.
4.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl.
5.Mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients together well.
6.Stir in the apples. Do not over mix.
7.Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
8.For the cinnamon sugar, Mix 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of ground cinnamon together.
9.Top each muffin with the cinnamon sugar.
10.Bake muffins in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
11.Let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
