Quick and Cheap Recipes: Steamed Clams

Ingredients:
-1Kg of Clams (any kind);
-Clove of Garlic (4 with or without skin);
-Fresh Coriander (to taste);
-Olive Oil (4 tablespoons);
-Salt (to taste);
-Lemon (optional);

Instructions:
1- Cut the garlic in 3 to 4 pieces;
2- Put the olive oil inside the pot and let it get hot;
3- Add the garlic and let it cook for some seconds;
4- Mix it a little bit;
5- Add the clams and mix them a little bit;
6- Put the salt inside and cover the pan and let it cook for some seconds;
7- Shake it a little bit to help the clams to open;
8- Add a little bit of water if you want extra sauce and cook it for 5 minutes;
9- Put the fresh coriander and mix it. Let it cook for more 5 min;
10- Serve with toasted bread with butter. Squeeze a lemon on top of the clams to get nice exotic taste;
