Quick and Cheap Recipes: Bacon and Eggs Muffins

Ingredients:
– 4 eggs;
-12 slices of bacon;
– Heavy cream (200ml);
-Grated cheese (5 tablespoons);
-Basil (to taste);
-Salt (to taste);
-Pepper (to taste);

Instructions:
1- Mix the eggs;
2- Add the heavy cream and mix it;
3- Add the grated cheese and mix;
4- Add salt and pepper to taste and mix them;
5- Torn basil and mix it;
6- Now put 2 slices of bacon on each hole of the muffin pan. Make them crosswise;
7- Now pour the mixture into the muffin pan, make sure you fill the holes till top;
8- Put them in oven and set the temperature to 180ºC (356ºF) for 15 to 20 min, till they get a goldy brown color;
9- Serve them at your taste.
