Hey Foodies, here I’ve got my super easy Paneer Tikka Wrap recipe, specially curated for work from home series which I plan to do! used to enjoy similar rolls pre-lockdown outside, here’s my take on it!

Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Rolls:
Capsicum, Onion, Tomato – 1 each
Paneer – 200g
Besan & Oil – 1 tbsp each
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Garlic – 4 cloves
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala, Jeera Powder, Black Salt, Kasoori methi – 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Water – 1/3 cup
Frozen Puff Parathas – 5
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp each for 5 rolls
Fresh Green Chutney – 1 tsp each for 5 rolls
Chopped Coriander & Onions
Slit Green Chillies & Lemon Juice
