These Paneer Cutlets are delicious and easy to make. They are crispy from out, juicy from inside. Serve them as they are or with green chutney or Tamarind chutney.
Ingredients:
Paneer (grated) – 1/2 Cup
Potato (boiled, peeled and mashed) – 1/2 cup
Onion (finely chopped) – 1/4 Cup
Capsicum (fineley chopped) – 1/4 Cup
Cilantro (finely chopped) – 3 Tbsp
Ginger and chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp or to taste
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Dry mango Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese (grated) – 3 Tbsp (optional)
Corn Starch – 2 Tbsp
All Purpose Flour – 1 Tbsp
Oil – for frying
