Welcome to the video! Today is a quarantine vlog. I show you in a little more detail my typical morning routine that I started in 2021 to make me more productive during the day. Also, I go into more depth as to how I approach my workouts to make progress each week.
Of course I shared with you all some BOMB recipes. They are both so simple and absolute must try’s!
PROTEIN PANCAKE RECIPE
– 1 Banana Mashed
– 2 Whole Eggs
– 1 Scoop Protein (32.5g)
– 1 TSP Stevia (optional)
** Combine all ingredients in a bowl then pour onto a pan at medium high heat for 5 minutes per side.
BERRY COMPOTE
– 1 Cup Frozen Fruit of Choice
– 1 TBS Lemon or Orange Juice
** Cook down on a medium high heat. Begin to break up fruit as it cooks down.
TURKEY MEATBALLS
– 1lbs Ground Turkey
– 1/2 Cup Shredded Zucchini (*IMPORTANT* Make sure to drain zucchini of all moisture)
– 1 Egg
– 2 Cloves Garlic
– 1 TBS Onion Flake or Powder
– 1 TSP Dried Oregano
– 1 TSP Salt
– Pepper to taste
– Chili Flakes (optional)
** Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes then turn with spatula and cook for additional 5 minutes.
** For tomato sauce use the lowest calorie option you can find! I like to use strained tomatoes. A lot less calories and you can spice it up yourself. Here’s what I like to add:
– Dried Basil
– Garlic Powder
– Onion Powder
– Chili Flake
– Salt & Pepper
