Hi friends, In this video i share a quick recipe to make 2 types of Tasty , Healthy & Easy Biryani. By following the same procedure we can prepare 2 types at a time , which fulfill our family members taste.
INGREDIENTS
FOR MUSHROOM BIRYANI
Button Mushroom – 1 Pocket (200g)
Raw rice / Any rice – 1 Cup (200g)
TO GRIND
Small Onion (Shalots) – 5 Nos
Garlic – 4 Pods
Ginger (Peeled) – 1. 1/2 Inch
Tomato Puree – 3/4 Cup
Big Onion (Chop into thin Slice) – 1 No (1/2 Cup)
Cloves – 2 Nos
Cinnamon – 2 Nos
Cardamom – 2 Nos
Green Chili – 1 No or To taste
Sambar Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – To taste
Water – 2. 3/4 Cup (275ml) (Depends on rice taken)
TO GARNISH
Coriander Leaves ( Chopped ) – A fistful
SOYA BIRYANI
Instead of Mushroom take Soya
Soya (Big Meal maker) – 20 Nos
Cook the Soya in boiling water for 5 min. Rinse in cool water twice & Squeeze .
