Recipe : 1 Oats Bisibele Bath Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup Quick Oats, roasted
2 teaspoon Ghee
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
Asafoetida, a pinch
1 sprig Curry Leaves
1 small Onion
Salt, to taste
1/2 small Tomato
3 tablespoon Carrot
3 tablespoon French Beans
2 tablespoon Capsicum
3 tablespoon Peas
1-1/2 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
4 tablespoon Toor Dal, pressure cooked
1/2 cup Tamarind Extract
1-1/2 tablespoon Bisibele Bath Powder

Recipe : 2 Hariyali Poha
Ingredients:
1 Cup Thick Poha (Beaten Rice)
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Tablespoons Mint leaves
4-5 Curry Leaves
1/2 Inch Ginger
1 Green Chilli
1/4 Cup Grated Coconut
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Lime Juice
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Med. Onion
4-5 Cashewnuts
1/2 Tbsp Peanuts
1 Tsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Grated Coconut
1 Tbsp Pomegranate
Salt

Recipe : 3 Multigrain Dosa
Ingredients:
1 cup Rice
1/4 cup Green Gram
1/4 cup Chana dal
2 tablespoon Urad Dal
2 tablespoon Moong Dal
2 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger
4-5 Garlic Pods
1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
Oil

Recipe : 4 Millet Pongal
Ingredients
1/2 cup Foxtail Millet
1/4 cup Moong Dal, roasted
Pink Salt, to taste
2 cups Water
1 tablespoon Desi Ghee
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Corns
8-10 Cashew Nuts
2 Green Chillies
1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
1 sprig Curry leaves
1/8 teaspoon Asafoetida

Recipe : 5 Schezwan Dosa
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Oil
2 teaspoon Garlic, chopped
1 Onion, sliced lengthwise
1/4 cup Carrot, sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup Cabbage, sliced lengthwise
1/4 cup Capsicum, sliced lengthwise
3 teaspoon Schezwan Sauce
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoon Spring Onion, green part
2 laddle Idli Batter
Butter
