Mince Pie Cooking Guide Components:
• Beef mince ½ kilo
• Oil as necessary
• Gg chopped 1 tsp
• Onions 2 chopped
• Carots 2 diced
• Cream ½ cup
• Puff pastry 1 pack
• Mixed herbs 1 tsp
• Chilli flakes 1 tsp
• Paprika 1 tsp
• Egg wash 1 egg
Process :
Heat up oven to 180c, cook beef with all selected spices and vegetables, stir in cream, and let it cool. Stuff the puff pastry into a tart pan. Seal with another layer of puff pastry. Apply egg wash and bake for 25 minutes until golden and crisp.
