Breakfast Ideas With Besan
Ingredients:
Dokhla
Take a mixing Bowl
Add 1 cup of Besan
Add 1 tsp of Rawa
Add a pinch of Hing
Add a pinch of Turmeric
Add Salt
Add 1 tsp Sugar
Add 2-3 finely chopped Green Chillies
Add Waterjuice
Add 1 tsp Lime
Tempering
Add Oil
Add 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Add Curry Leaves
Add chopped Green Chillies
Add 1 tsp Sugar
Add chopped Coriander Leaves
Add 1 cup of Water
One of the most easiest and the tastiest of the Indian sweets is Gulab Jamun and today I’m sharing home-made milk powder Gulab jamun
INSTANT GULAB JAMUN & KAALA JAMUN
Gulab jamun;-
store bought gulabjamun pdr
Now add some water or milk and mix it into a soft dough.
And rest it for 10 minutes.
In a pan add 3 cups of sugar
Add 1 ½ cups of water
Add 2 drops of lime juice
And make sugar syrup.
Now take some dough and
Make some balls.
Then fry in hot oil in a slow flame.
Now transfer in to sugar syrup bowl.
Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder
Add 1 tsp of rose essence
And rest it for 10 minutes.
