Ingredients
1 TBS ghee
2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp urad dal / tur dal
3 sprigs curry leaves
Slightly heaped 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 kashmiri red chillies
3 green chillies, finely chopped
Tiny pinch of heeng or asafoetida
2 TBS cashew nuts
2 TBS peanuts (unsalted)
2 TBS lemon juice
2.5 cups boiled rice
