**i used oats instead of activated buckinis, and used chopped dates instead of chopped mango

BLACK BEAN BROWNIES
-1 1/2 cup black beans (1-15 oz can, drained and rinsed)
-1/4 cup avocado mashed + 1 tbsp almond milk
-3 T cocoa powder
-1/2 cup quick oats
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 cup coconut sugar
-1/8 cup almond milk
-2 tsp vanilla
-1/2 t baking powder
-1/2-2/3 c chocolate chips
optional: more chocolate chips for the top, nuts, coconut shreds for the top

preheat oven to 350F (177C) combine all except chocolate chips in a food processor, stir in chocolate chips. spread evenly into an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper. sprinkle some more chocolate chips and any other toppings before placing in oven. bake for 20-22 minutes, letting cool at least 20 minutes before taking out of the pan.

CASHEW SAUCE
-1/4 cup cashew butter
-1 Tbsp tamari, soy sauce, or liquid aminos
-1 Tbsp maple syrup/agave/liquid sweetener
-juice of 1/2 a lime
-1 tsp finely chopped garlic
-red pepper flakes to taste
-hot water to thin
