OAT BREAD [ingredients]:
Oats – 2 cup
Eggs – 2 [medium]
Pink Salt – 1tsp
Yoghurt – 1 cup [low fat]
Baking Powder – 1tsp
Skimmed Milk – a splash/dash
Nuts – [optional]
OAT CAKE RUSK [ingredients]:
Oat Flour – 2 cups
Pink Salt – 1/4tsp
Baking Powder – 1tsp
Eggs – 2 [medium]
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
Honey – 2tbsp
Fennel Seeds
