Easy & Delicious Hainanese Chicken Chop Recipe!
Ingredients:
A
500 gms boneless chicken meat
3 tablespoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
100 gms breadcrumbs
1 egg
Oil for frying

200 gms tomato puree
1 onion – finely chopped
4 cloves garlic – finely chopped
1 cube chicken stock
2 tablespoon frozen carrot & green peas
1 glass water
1/2 teaspoon cornflour
2 tablespoon oil
Method:
1. Terderise the chicken for 5 minutes to soften the meat.
2. Marinate chicken with Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce and black pepper powder for 20 minutes.
3. Add egg into the chicken.
3. Dip the chicken in breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken till golden brown. Remove to a plate.
5. In a clean pan, add oil, garlic, onion and saute till light brown.
6. Add water, chicken stock, tomato puree, and cook for 5 minutes.
7.Add frozen carrot & green peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
8. Add cornflour mixed with little water to thicken the sauce.
9. Serve the sauce with the chicken chop.

Bahan-bahan:
A
500 gram daging ayam tanpa tulang
3 sudu besar sos Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
100 gms serbuk roti
1 biji telur
Minyak untuk menggoreng
B
200 gms tomato puri
1 bawang merah – cincang halus
4 ulas bawang putih – cincang halus
1 kiub stok ayam
2 sudu besar lobak & kacang hijau
1 gelas air
1/2 sudu teh tepung jagung
2 sudu minyak
Kaedah:
1. Melembutkan ayam selama 5 minit dengan munggunakan pelembut.
2. Perap ayam dengan sos Lea & Perrins Worcestershire dan serbuk lada hitam selama 20 minit.
3. Campurkan telur ke dalam ayam.
3. Celupkan ayam ke dalam serbuk roti.
4. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan goreng ayam hingga kekuningan.
5. Dalam kuali yang bersih, panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang putih, bawang merah hingga kekuningan.
6. Masukkan air, stok ayam, tomato puri, dan masak selama 5 minit.
7. Masukkan lobak & kacang hijau dan masak selama 2 minit lagi.
8. Masukkan tepung jagung yang dicampur dengan sedikit air.
9. Hidangkan sos dengan ayam.
