LEARN HOW TO MAKE AN EASY QUICK 15MIN NOODLES STIR FRY RECIPE AT HOME!

LAY HO MA! This quick recipe is perfect for the busy weeknights and for the hangry noodle heads in your life. Join me in this episode and learn how to cook up a fast and simple Asian noodles stir fry recipe in less than 15min. Let’s begin!

STIR FRY INGREDIENTS:
100g broccolini
75g shiitake mushrooms
1/2 red onion
3 sticks green onion
small piece ginger
1/4 red bell pepper
75g extra firm tofu
140g ramen noodles
2 tbsp avocado oil
75g bean sprouts

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
splash toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp plantbased oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil for the noodles
2. Chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces. Use a paper towel to brush the dirt off of the shiitake mushrooms, then finely chop them
3. Chop the red onion. Chop the green onions into bite sized pieces. Finely chop the ginger and finely slice the red bell pepper. Slice the extra firm tofu into strips
4. Make the sauce by stirring together the sauce ingredients
5. Boil the noodles for half the time of package instructions (in this case 2min). Stir the noodles occasionally to prevent them from sticking. Then, strain out the noodles and set aside
6. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add the avocado oil
7. Add and sauté the red onions, green onions, and ginger for 2-3min
8. Add the broccolini and sauté for 2min. Add the shiitake mushrooms and sauté for another 2min
9. Add the red bell pepper, tofu, noodles, sauce, and bean sprouts
10. Sauté for another 2-3min. Then, plate and serve

*pan used in this episode is a Staub enameled cast iron with a beech wood handle (not sponsored)
