Anda Bread ka Halwa
Serves 7-8
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Bread slices 8
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 4-5 tbs
-Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom pods) crushed ½ tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1-2 tbs
-Cream 3-4 tbs
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs
-Akhrot (Walnuts) sliced 1 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 1 tbs
-Chandi warq (Edible silver leaf)
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almonds) sliced

Directions:
-Trim the edges of bread slices with the help of knife.
-In a bowl & shred bread slices.
-Add milk,mix & mash well & set aside.
-In a small jug,add sugar,milk,mix well until sugar is dissolve & set aside.
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add cardamom seeds & mix well.
-Add bread mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (4-5 minutes).
-Now add milk & sugar mixture,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add whisked eggs,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add vanilla essence,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add clarified butter,mix well and cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (2-3 minutes).
-Add cream & mix until well combined.
-Add cinnamon powder,pistachios,walnuts,almonds & mix well.
-Garnish with edible silver leaf,pistachio,almond & serve!

Directions:
-Bread slices ka edges ko knife ki madad sa trim ker lein.
-Bowl mein bread slices ko shred ker ka dal dein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix aur mash ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chotay jug mein cheeni aur doodh dal dein aur cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Elaichi ke daane dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Bread mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Ab doodh & cheeni ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Whisked anday dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Darchini powder,pista,akhrot aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chandi warq,pista aur badam sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
