3 ways Masala Corn
Ingredients:
Take a pan
Add water ( For Boiling )
American Corn Fresh
pinch – Turmeric Powder
1/2 tbsp – Sugar
Boil 8-10 minutes in High Flame(Till it’s cooked Properly) and Strain the Corn
Spicy Masala Corn
Take Bowl
1 Cup – Boiled Corn
1 tbsp – Salted Butter Room Temperature
Masala :
1/2 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp – Black Salt
1/2 tsp – Chat Masala
1/2 tsp – Roasted Jeera Powder
Mix well
1/4 Cup – Tomato Chopped
1/4 Cup – Onion Chopped
1 tbsp – Coriander leaves Chopped
1 tsp – Green chilli Chopped
1 tsp – Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Mix Well.
Chutney Masala Corn :
1 Cup – Boiled Corn
1 tbsp – Amul Salted Butter
1 tbsp – Green Chutney
1/2 tsp – Chat masala
1 tbsp – Coriander leaves Chopped
1tbsp – Spring Onion Chopped
1 tsp – Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Mix well
Cheese Chilli Masala Corn
1 Cup – Corn Boiled
1 tsp – Pizza Seasoning
1 tsp – Chilli Flaks
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
1 no . Green Chilli Chopped
1 tbsp – Coriander leaves Chopped
1 tsp – Amul Slated Butter
1 Cube – Grated Cheese
1 tsp – Lemon Juice ( Optional )
Mix well
