CHICKEN MALAI HANDI
INGREDIENTS
Chicken boneless (cubes) ½ chicken
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Green cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Nutmeg 1 pinch
Oil ½ cup
Cooking cream 1 cup
FOR TOMATO ONION PASTE
Tomatoes 3
Onion 1 large
Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
Coconut powder 1 tbsp
METHOD FOR TOMATO ONION PASTE
• Take a pot add chopped onion, tomatoes, and green chili. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add coconut powder and blend in a blender to make a paste.
METHOD FOR CHICKEN
• Take oil a pot and add tomato onion paste, ginger garlic paste and all the other remaining ingredients except cooking cream. Cook until the chicken gets tender. Now add cooking cream and cook for another minute. Serve.
