1 sweet potato
2 zucchini
*Cook above (except zucchini) in cosori on “soup” setting 15 minutes, max pressure. Allow to slow release. Serve over zoodles with nutrional yeast and hemp seeds.
*I cooked 1 cup rinsed Adzuki beans in 6 cups water on “bean” setting for 5 minutes, and allowed to slow release.
