Here’s how to make Cauliflower Wings otherwise known as Cauliflower Bites 3 ways including Honey Garlic, Buffalo or Hot, and a sweet Thai. This isn’t totally vegan because of the honey, fish sauce, and yoghurt, but it is Vegetarian. If you’re Vegan, omit these ingredients for similar replacements.

1 Head of Cauliflower (5 cups)
1/2 Cup of Flour
1/2 Cup of Cornstarch
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Cup of almond milk (or Cow’s milk/Soy)
Buffalo Hot Sauce
1 tbsp butter
⅓ Cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
1 tsp of Honey
Honey Garlic
⅓ Cup of Honey
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
Thai
1 tbsp of Sesame Oil
1 tbsp of Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Rice Vinegar
1/2 tsp Fish Sauce
Dip
1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
½ Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt to Taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven at 450 Degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and cut florets into bite size pieces.
2. Prepare batter by adding all ingredients into a mixing bowl, and whisk till there are no clumps. Add cauliflower florets to batter and mix till all cauliflower is coated.
3. On a parchment lined baking sheet, place coated florets, shaking off excess batter, and being careful not to overlap eachother. Place baking sheets in the oven for 20 minutes. If extra crispyness is desired. Flip halfway.
4. Prep each sauce in a pot or pan on medium heat till they reach a boil. Each sauce should only take 1-2 minutes to boil. If only making 1 sauce, multiply the sauce ingredients quantity by 3.
5. Toss florets in sauce, and bake for another 15 minutes.
6. Prep dip by mixing all ingredients together. Serve wings and dip with carrots and celery.
