INGREDIENTS
OIL 2 TBSP
BUTTER (SALTED) 40 GM
ONION (SLICED) 2 NOS.
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI (CHOPPED) 2 NOS.
BASMATI RICE 1 CUP
FRESH CORIANDER (CHOPPED) 50 GM
BLACK PEPPER (CRUSHED) 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
WATER AS REQUIRED
