ngredients
Butter – 50 grams
Garlic cloves – 6-8
Onions – 1
Tomatoes – 1
Red pepper – 1
Paneer – 150 grams
Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Cheese slices – 3
Butter naan – 1
Salt as required
Pepper – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Method
Heat butter in a pan
Add onions, capsicum, tomatoes and stir them well.
Now add salt, pepper, chilli flakes and paneer and mix them well.
Add tomato sauce and chilli sauce to the mixture and saute for 10 minutes.
Add coriander at the end and set the mixture aside.
Add butter to pan and place the naan on it.
Now put the prepared topping on top of naan.
Place cheese slices and add some chilli flakes to it.
Cover it with a lid and put it on low heat till the cheese melts.
Serve it hot with ketchup.
