Baked Tomatoes with Chimichurri Sauce || Quick & Easy Recipes || GastroLab
Juicy baked tomatoes will taste perfectly with spicy Argentinian Chimichurri sauce! Try it as a starter with red meat or chicken.
Ingredients:
5 tomatoes
10 ml olive oil
50 ml Chimichurri sauce (See the recipe at Gastro Lab)
Preparation:
Grease tomatoes with olive oil. Bake in preheated to 200 C oven for 10-12 mins
Take out the tomatoes from the oven and chill.
Spoon the sauce on the plate, top with tomatoes and serve.
