✔️ 32 oz bag frozen cubed hashbrowns
✔️ 3 cups chicken broth
✔️ 1/2 cup diced onion
✔️ Season with preferred spices
✔️ 1 can cream of chicken
✔️ 8 oz cream cheese, softened
Combine all items in crockpot, excluding cream cheese. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Blend in cream cheese. Serve with grated cheese, bacon, and croutons!

**Butter-infused Rice**
✔️ 1 cup uncooked white rice
✔️ 1 can french onion soup
✔️ 1 can beef consume
✔️ 1 stick of butter
Mix all elements in 8×8 baking dish. Stir. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking (if needed) for an additional 10-15 minutes. *Mine was cooked after the initial 30 minutes!) Fluff with a fork and serve!
**Chicken Alfredo**
✔️ 1 Jar Alfredo (Link to Homemade Sauce below)
✔️ 3 cups chicken broth
✔️ 16 oz. Rotini pasta
✔️ 1-2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
✔️ 2 cups mozarella
Spray a 9×13 pan. Combine all components in the pan, excluding mozarella. Seal tightly with foil. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir. Include more broth if required. If the pasta is tender, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. If more cooking time is needed for the pasta, add broth and cook another 10 minutes before adding the cheese topping.

Merge all sections in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes!
**Beef Stroganoff**
✔️ 1 pack egg noodles
✔️ 1 pound ground beef
✔️ 1/2 cup chopped onion
✔️ 3/4 tsp salt (OR 1 tsp Auntie Nonos Everything seasoning)
✔️ 1/4 tsp paprika
✔️ Pepper to taste
✔️ 3-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
✔️ 1 can cream of mushroom
✔️ 1 cup sour cream
Prepare entire bag of egg noodles according to package instructions. Sauté onion in avocado oil until lightly browned. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Drain excess fat. Add remaining components. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked egg noodles. Serve hot!
**Shirley’s Chicken Casserole**
✔️ 2-3 Cups cooked, chopped chicken
✔️ 1 package Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
✔️ 1 stick butter
✔️ 1 can cream of chicken soup
✔️ 1 small carton sour cream
✔️ 1 3/4 cups chicken stock
Blend melted butter with stuffing mix. Utilize half of the mixture to cover the base of a 9×13 dish. Spread chicken over the mix. Mix soup and sour cream together. Layer over chicken. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix. Pour chicken broth over the dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until thoroughly cooked!
