Full Recipe :
For Hashbrowns
Potatoes – 1/4kg
Egg – 1
Pepper – 1/2 tablespoon
Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
Butter – 10 grams
salt as required
For Palak Raita
Palak – 1 cup ( 150 grams)
Mustard – 1/2 tablespoon
Jeera – 1/2 tablespoon
Garlic cloves – 6
Curd – 250 grams
Pepper – 1/2 tablespoon
Method
Potato Hash Browns
Shred potatoes into a bowl with cold water and set it aside for 15 minutes
Drain the excess water and squeeze out the excess water with a cloth.
Add egg, pepper,butter, garam masala, salt and mix it well.
Heat butter in a pan and heat potatoes mixture until brown.
Palak Raita
Add oil to a tawa.
Add cumin, mustard, garlic and mix them well.
Add chopped palak/spinach and fry the mixture for 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and mix it well.
Now take curd in a bowl and add this mixture to it followed by chat masala.
