MINI CINNAMON ROLLS:
– 280g ( 2 cups ) Self Raising Flour ( OR all purpose flour + 3/4 tsp baking soda)
– 200 g ( 7 ounces ) Sweet Yogurt ( or any type of plain yogurt + 2 tbsp sugar)
– 80 g ( 3/4 stick ) Softened Butter
PLEASE NOTE: They are not supposed to rise like traditional yeast-raised cinnamon rolls – see the video for more details. Bake the mini rolls for only 4-5 minutes!
Filling:
– 30-40 gr Butter ( 2-3 tbsp )
– 100 gr Brown Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
– 1 tbsp Cinnamon
– 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
– 1/4 tsp Salt
Cream Cheese Glaze:
– 100 gr Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 1/2 cup Cream Cheese)
– 40 gr Powdered Sugar ( 1/3 cup)
– 1 tsp Vanilla
– Splash of Milk ( Start with 2 tbsp and adjust to your liking. For a thinner glaze add more milk)
