These are all so delicious, and gorgeous (instagram worthy!!), you have to try them and tell me what you think!
The apricot balls and chia pudding are good if you are running late, but the others will take 5-10 minutes to prepare- but honestly so worth it! A basic brekkie can be a mono meal of fruit, which is great too, but in this video I wanted to show you some recipes that are a little more complex for if you are feeling fancy or want to mix things up!
*Note: “healthy” is a blanket term, and everyone seems to have a different definition! The breakfast sandwich/english muffin, crepes and maple syrup are NOT everyday foods for me, but more of something I would make on a relaxing weekend morning (because they take a little longer and arent as nourishing to my body). However, you cant go wrong with the apricot balls, chia seed pudding, or basically anything with fruit in the mornings!
Regardless of your lifestyle, these are all yummy, delish and (somewhat) healthy- and I just wanted to show you how easy vegan cooking is! Especially if you are craving mcmuffins or pancakes or pudding, there ARE fantastic alternatives that are better for you, animals and the environment!
