Hey Guys welcome to my channel! In this video I will show you 4 ways in which I like to prepare my overnight oats. What I like about overnight oats is that they are quite simple to make and there are endless topping options. And as the name says you can make these the night before to ensure your breakfast is ready in the morning
Regardless of what fruit topping you choose, there are a few basic ingredients/utensils you will need which are:
1. A jar or a bowl, preferably a jar.
2. Milk. (regular milk, almond, soy, oat or coconut milk any milk will do)
3. Chia seeds.
4. Sweetener (Agave Nectar/Honey/ Brown Sugar/ Stevia)
5. Greek yogurt
6. Regular Oats
