Nariyal Barfi:
2 fresh coconuts
1/4 th cup milk
1/4th cup fresh cream
1 cup of sugar
Pistachios for Garnishing
Besan Ladoo:
1/2 cup of Ghee (Clarified Butter)
1.5 cups of Besan (coarse Gram Flour)
2 tbsp Semolina (Suji)
cardamom powder
1 cup of powdered sugar
Khaja:
2 cups of All pupose flour
pinch of salt
4 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
add 2-3 green cardamom crushed
oil for frying
Halwai Style Peda:
3 tbsp warm milk
few saffron strands
1 tbsp ghee
150gms of sweetend condensed milk
1 cup of milk powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
some ghee
