COCONUT CHUTNEY:
3 tbsp Roasted Chana Dal
2 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Curd
1/2 Fresh Coconut
1 piece of Ginger
2-3 Green Chilis
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar

For Tadka:
2 tsp Oil
2 pinches of Heeng
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Urad Dal
2-3 Dry Red Chilis
Curry Leaves

KARA CHUTNEY:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Urad Dal
2 tsp Chana Dal
3-4 Dry Red Chilis
1 Chopped Onion
2-3 Garlic Pods
2 Chopped Tomatoes
Salt

For Tadka:
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Urad Dal
Curry Leaves
Heeng

PEANUT CHUTNEY:
1 cup Raw Peanuts
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Urad Dal
1 Chopped Onion
2-3 Garlic Pods
2-3 Dried Red Chilis
Salt
Water
1 tbsp Tamarind Pulp

For Tadka:
1 tsp Oil
Heeng
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Urad Dal
2-3 Dried Red Chilis
Curry Leaves

GREEN COCONUT CHUTNEY:
2 tbsp Roasted Chana Dal
2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Plain Curd
1/2 Diced Coconut without skin
Fresh Coriander
2-3 Green Chilis
1 piece Ginger
2-3 Garlic Pods
Curry Leaves/Mint Leaves
Salt
Water

For Tadka:
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Urad Dal
Heeng
2-3 Dried Red Chilis
Curry Leaves
