1. Garlic Herb Chicken With Rice
You’ll Need:
– 4-5 chicken thighs
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 red onion, diced
– 1 cup uncooked rice
– 1⅓ cups chicken broth
Here’s How:
1.1 Preheat the oven to 400°F and heat some oil in a pan. Rub the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, and fry them on both sides.
1.2 Remove the chicken from the pan and add the diced onions, rice, chicken broth, and fresh herbs.
1.3 Put the chicken thighs back in the pan with the other ingredients, cover with a lid, transfer the pan to the oven, and cook for 35 minutes.

2. Sausage & Pepper Penne Pot
You’ll Need:
– 4 hot dogs
– ½ red bell pepper, cut into strips
– ½ yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
– ½ green bell pepper, cut into strips
– ½ onion, sliced
– salt & pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp chili powder
– 1 tbsp cumin
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 qt whole milk
– 11 oz uncooked penne noodles
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
Here’s How:
2.1 Heat some oil in a pan and add the onion slices, hot dog pieces, and bell pepper strips. Season everything with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder.
2.2 Add the uncooked pasta and milk, cover the pan with a lid, and let everything simmer. After a while, add the shredded cheese and fresh herbs. Once the pasta is al dente, it’s done!

3. Baked Spaghetti & Meatballs
You’ll Need:
– 1 lb ground beef, formed into meatballs
– ½ onion, diced
– 1 tbsp paprika
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– salt & pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp tomato paste
– 14 oz crushed tomatoes
– 8 oz uncooked spaghetti noodles
– 3 cups water
– ½ cup shredded cheddar
– ½ cup shredded mozzarella
– 2 tomatoes, diced
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
Here’s How:
3.1 Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meatballs. Add the diced onion, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and tomato paste to the skillet.
3.2 Add the crushed tomatoes, uncooked spaghetti noodles (break them in half to make them fit in the pan more easily), and water. Cover the pan with a lid and let everything simmer.
3.3 Add the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese and let everything continue to simmer until the pasta is al dente. Serve this delish one-pot dish with diced tomatoes and fresh herbs.
