3 Quick & Easy Home-Made Chutney Recipes By Lip Smacking Food.
Ingredients:
Sabut Lal Mirch (Chilli Whole Round) 1 Cup
Lassan (Garlic) 1/3 Cup 3 times
(Water) per as required
Zeera (Cumin) 1 TBS
Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) 2 Cups
Namak (Salt) To Taste
Dhaniya (Coriander) 1 Bunch
Podina (Mint Leaves) 1 Bunch
Imli (Tamarind) 1/3 Cup
Tamatar (Tomato) Two
Nimbu Ka Rus (Lemon Juice) 1/8 Cup & 1-2 TBS
Directions:
Hot Chilli Chatkhara:
Take a juicer to add chili whole round, garlic, cumin, salt, lemon juice & water now grind it well. After grind serves in a bowl.
Eik juicer len usmen sabut lal mirch, lassan, zeera, namak, nimbu ka rus aur pani dal kar achay se grind karlen. Grind karnay k baad eik bowl me paish karen.
Green Chilli Chaska:
Take a juicer to add green chilies, garlic, coriander, salt & water now grind it well. After grind serves in a bowl then add tomato pieces & 2 TBS lemon juice now mix it properly.
Eik juicer len usmen hari mirchay, lassan, dhaniya, namak aur pani dal kar achay se grind karlen. Grind karnay k baad eik bowl me paish karen aur usmen tamatar aur nimbu ka rus dal kar kar mila len achay se.
Chilli Chatkharedar:
Take a juicer to add green chilies, garlic, mint leaves, salt, tamarind paste & water now grind it well. After grind serves in a bowl.
Eik juicer len usmen hari mirchay, lassan, podina, namak, imli ka paste aur pani dal kar achay se grind karlen. Grind karnay k baad eik bowl me paish karen.
