मैं शैली अपनी इस वीडियो में आप के साथ तीन south indian chutney recipe शेयर करने जा रही हूं | यह बहुत ही फेमस चटनी है | इसे डोसा, इडली,वडा, उतपम, अप्पम आदि के साथ सर्व किया जाता है | अगर डोसा, इडली, वडा आदि खाने के साथ अगर नारियल की चटनी, मूंगफली चटनी और टमाटर प्याज की चटनी ना हो तो स्वाद अधूरा ही लगता है | यह तीनों चटनी बनाना बहुत ही आसान है | इन्हें आप मिनटों में बना कर तैयार कर सकते हैं | नारियल की चटनी में ताजे नारियल को टुकड़ों में काटकर और रोस्टेड चना दाल, नींबू का रस, हरी मिर्च और अदरक के साथ पीसा जाता है | इसका पेस्ट बनाकर इसमें ऊपर से करी पत्ता, हींग, और राई का तड़का लगाया जाता है | मूंगफली की चटनी में रोस्टेड मूंगफली के दाने को रोस्टेड चना दाल, हरी मिर्च और हरा धनिया के साथ पीसा जाता है फिर इसका पेस्ट बनाकर इसमें ऊपर से राई, हींग, और करी पत्ता का तड़का लगाया जाता है | टमाटर प्याज की चटनी में टमाटर, प्याज, नारियल, सूखी लाल मिर्च, लहसुन, चना दाल और उरद दाल के साथ पकाया गया है और इसे ग्राइंड करके इसका पेस्ट बनाया गया है | फिर इसमें राइ, जीरा, हींग, करी पत्ता का तड़का दिया गया है | आप भी इस आसान सी रेसिपी को देखिए और अपने घर पर बना कर जरूर ट्राई करें | यह रेसिपी आपको बहुत पसंद आएगी | अगर मेरी रेसिपी अच्छी लगे तो मेरी वीडियो को like, comment करें और मेरे चैनल को SUBSCRIBE जरूर करें |
