Ingrdients for 3 Indian Sweets Recipes
3 Minutes Coconut Balls :-
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
¼ Cup Condensed Milk
¼ Cup White Chocolate
¼ Cup Ghee (Clarified Butter)
¼ Cup Dry Coconut Flakes
2 tbsp. Butter
2-3 drops Red Food Colour
2-3 drops Rose Essence
Procedure :-
Take Condensed Milk, Butter, White Chocolate, Butter, Desiccated Coconut, Rd Food Colour, Rose Essence in a bowl. Mix all ingredients well. Now keep this mixture in microwave on high temperature for 1 minute. After removing from microwave mix it well and prepare balls from mixture. After making all balls from mixture dip balls in melted Ghee and roll it in dry Coconut Flakes. Prepare all the Coconut Balls same way.
3 Minutes Coconut Balls are ready to serve.
Ingredients for 3 Minutes Coconut Balls
2 Cup Kaju Powder
1 Cup Milk Powder
¼ tsp Keasr(Saffron)
½ Cup Condensed Milk
1 tsp Pistachio
Silver Varkh as required.
Procedure :-
Take Kaju Powder, Milk Powder, Keasr ( Saffron), Condensed Milk, Milk and mix all ingredients well. If required add more Milk to get desire consistency. Now keep this mixture in microwave on high temperature for 2 minutes. If required then keep 1 more minute in microwave. Please check the consistency for Kaju balls as shown in video. Apply some Ghee( Clarified Butter) in pam and prepare Kaju Balls from mixture. Now cover the Kaju Balls with Silver Varkh and garnish with chopped Pistachio.
3 Minutes Kaju Balls are ready to serve.
Ingredients for 3 Minutes Oreo Hazelnut Balls
1 cup Oreo Biscuit Powder
¼ Cup Chocolate Ganashe
2 tbsp. Cashew, Almond, Pistachio Chopped
1 tbsp. Hazelnut Paste
Procedure :-
Take Chopped Cashew, Almond, Pistachio and add Hazelnut Paste in a bowl and mix both ingredients well and keep aside. Take crushed Oreo Biscuits Powder in a bowl and add Chocolate Ganashe in it and prepare a soft Oreo Balls from mixture. Now spread White Chocolate Flakes in a plate and coat Oreo balls with White Chocolate. Do the same Procedure to all balls.
3 Minutes Oreo Hazelnut Balls are ready to serve.
