I’ve struggled with acne for a while so I finally decided to go dairy-free for a month to see if it would help my skin. Watch this months vlog to see my progress! The vlog includes 3 really simple dairy-free recipes as well (all 3 recipes can be made with dairy products if you are not interested in dairy-free)

The reason I decided to test a dairy-free diet, is because I had many people suggest I should!
I believe I suffer from hormonal acne and because dairy has a lot of hormones in it, it could be the reason behind my acne. It makes sense as when I came off the pill my skin went crazy and I couldn’t control it (hence, the pill may have been controlling my hormones).
Going dairy-free was really daunting for me and I’ve been putting it off for a long time, because I do love dairy! During this month I was forced to explore new recipes and foods I’ve never tried before.
I found some incredibly delicious easy dairy-free recipes and I can’t wait to share them with you at the end of this vlog.
