재료
– 두부 한 모
– 양파 반개
– 대파
– 굴소스 1스푼
* 이외에도 좋아하는 채소 넣어보세요 *

만들기
1. 팬에 식용유 두르고 대파, 양파를 넣고 볶는다(중약불)
2. 맛있는 냄새가 날동 말동 하면 두부 넣고 으깬다
3. 두부 수분이 날아갈때까지 계속 볶는다 (중불)
4. 두부가 고슬거리면 굴소스 1스푼 넣고 1분 더 볶고 불끈다
5. 참기름, 후추 넣고 맛있게 먹는다
