材料Ingredients：
皮材料Dough:
二百五十克中筋麵粉 250g Plain flour
四克即溶酵母 4g Fast action yeast
一湯匙半砂糖 1.5tbsp Sugar
四分一茶匙鹽 1/4tsp Salt
一茶匙菜油 1tsp Vegetable oil
一百三十毫升清水 130ml Water
餡料材料 Filling:
二百八十克糯米 280g Glutinous rice
一百二十毫升清水 120ml Water
一條臘腸 1 Chinese sausage
二十克蝦米 20g Dried shrimps
五十克潮州炸花生 50g Fried peanuts
兩隻大紅蔥頭，切碎 2 Large shallots, diced
半茶匙菜油 1/2tsp Vegetable oil
一隻冬菇 1 Shittake mushroom
一棵芫茜，切碎 1 Coriander, chopped
調味料 Condiments:
一湯匙生抽 1tbsp Soy sauce
兩茶匙蠔油 2tsp Oyster sauce
半茶匙麻油 1/2tsp Sesame oil
半茶匙胡椒粉 1/2tsp Ground pepper
兩茶匙砂糖 2tsp Sugar
