Bhindi/okra- 1/2 cup (chopped)
Curd -1/2 cup
Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
Black salt-1/4 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Sugar -1/4 tsp
Cooking oil- 4tbsp
Fried Vegetable Raita :
Curd -1/2 cup
Green chilli-1
Onion -1/4 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Tomato -1/4 cup
Cumin seeds -1/3 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/3 tsp
Curry leaves -10 to 12
Black salt -1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder -1/4 tsp(optional)
Salt to taste
Sugar-1/4 tsp
Cooking oil -1 tbsp
Cucumber Raita:
Grated cucumber-1/2 cup
Curd -1/2 cup
Green chilli-2
Coriander leaves
Black salt -1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar-1/4 tsp
Louki Raita:
Bottle guard (louki)- 1/2 cup(chopped)
Curd -1/2 cup
Green chilli-2
Chat masala powder-1/4 tsp
Black salt -1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar-1/4 tsp
Boondi raita :
Boondi -1/2 cup
Curd -1/2 cup
Black salt -1/4 tsp
Mint leaves – 3 to 4 (optional)
Chat masala powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/3 tsp
