1 bowl chana (gram) powder
2-3 onions, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp oil, for seasoning
Water to cook
1/4 tsp hing (asofoetida)
1 tsp mixed masala
1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
Salt to taste
